1. Our staff reserve the right to decline service.
2. In case of physical or non-physical abuse, legal actions will be taken.
3. Our staff can only work in reasonable and humane conditions. No outdoor areas are allowed.
4. Our cleaning services do not include the following:
   • Deep cleaning
   • Hard-to-reach areas
   • Cooking
   • Ironing
5. Our staff are expected to take a short break to rejuvenate. Thank you for understanding.
6. We do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal items. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables in a safe and distinct place to avoid any confusion.
7. For the laundry service, in case of lost or damaged items, the policy for lost and damaged items will be applied. For details, please contact our staff.
8. Cancellations must occur 2 hours or more before the appointment time, or the appointment will not be refunded.
